3.2 Redistribution and Modification

4. Refund and Cancellation Policy

4.1 Refunds

As BlitzBranding provides digital products, we do not offer refunds once the product is delivered. By purchasing our services, you acknowledge and agree to waive your right to withdrawal upon delivery, as allowed under EU regulations for digital goods.

4.2 Cancellations

If our service encounters an error and the product cannot be delivered, you may cancel your order, and we will provide a full refund.

5. Intellectual Property

All content, tools, methods, and AI-generated outputs provided through Blitz-Branding.com are protected under applicable intellectual property laws. This includes but is not limited to:

 

    • AI-generated branding products such as slogans, names, and logos.

    • The structure and design of our questionnaires and methods for collecting user information.

    • Modifications to AI-generated products are allowed, but resale of these products requires clear attribution to BlitzBranding.

6. Limitation of Liability
